Water in cylinders and then some.......

07 F12X owner, and I mad the grave mistake of "forgetting" to put in my drain plugs. Needless to say, you all know what happened next. Got it home, pulled the plugs and had a geyser in my driveway. Pretty sure I got out all of the water, but still have some left in the pipe that leads from the air filter to the turbo. Any way to remove that pipe without taking off the whole nose of the craft?
