Kawasaki 1100 zxi solenoid help!

Hi. I just took out the old solenoid a few days ago. Now I can’t remember how to install the new one. There are 2 plastic washers and 2 plastic what I think are dust covers. Amoung metal washers and nuts. Please help me get the new one in!! Thanks!

Look on partzill. It shows the orientation. The thick white washers should go against the box. Not sure about what plastic caps your refering to.

In this order working from the relay out. plain washer, plastic washer, rubber grommet, big funky looking plastic washer, plain washer, nut, nut.
The plastic washers and rubber grommet insulate the terminals from the electrical box.

Hey. Do you know the color of the grommet. I I only have 2 white washers 2 funky white washers. 2 nuts, 2 hex nuts. I feel like Iím missing a part

That’s what I’m missing. Would any rubber grommet that size be ok? And does it cover the long brass shaft??

Best off getting the oen as it seals the box also. I'll try and remember to get a picture of a setup tomorrow.
