2019 RXT-X 300 factory defects???

I recently bought 2 brand new 2019 RXT-X 300's. I stuck to the recommended break-in procedures for the first 5 hours or so. After those first few hours, I had perfect early morning glassy water conditions on the lake. I decided to open up my new machine, and somewhere around 60 mph, the front end of the intake grate dropped out of the hull. This caused me a violent ejection from the PWC. On further inspection, it appeared that the forward of the three bolts that hold the intake grate on had sheared off. The entire intake grate snapped off, and my local dealer is in the process of getting this covered by warranty. Just wondering if anyone else out there has had a similar problem???

Man, that's scary !!!! That could cause some serious injury. Not very good engineering to have only 1 bolt at the leading end of the grate. Shows to be a 8mm bolt. Not very big. I would make sure they replace the rear bolts and inspect the bolt holes in the pump as well.
