Cranking help

I have a 2008 GTi SE 155 with only 50 hours on it. The battery reads 13 volts but motor will not turn over enough to start. About 5 years ago, had a new starter put on and 2 years later had the start/stop button replaced. Have had cranking problems since it was 6 months old. Any ideas?

Check and make sure all the battery cable connections are tight, clean, and the cables are good, especially the ground cable.

Cables are tight. No rust. Look new.
