Long story short I got a Kawasaki 1100 zxi, it’s my first jet ski.
After replacing the battery it turned over and started, I put some fresh gas and oil and made a short run at the lake and it would die as if running out of gas, I when ahead and started ordering shit for it, new trailer tires, fenders, lights... replaced the starter relay, fuel filter and lines for oil and fuel.
ready for test number 2, I take it out and it’s sounds like a Deisel, piston slap bad, but running great! For about five minutes then I lost compression On the number 2 piston.... after some research last night I started pulling it apart to see how it looks inside...

My next step is to re sleeve, new piston and rings, gasket kit and put it back together,,, everything else looks good and I’m not set on spinning extra cash on this project... not yet at least, in the future I would like to get one more ski and build a custom moter for it, maybe...
