Just bought this one. Compression is 115 on all three at room temp. Starts right up, but gushes a LOT of unburned goopy oil out the exhaust and I've NEVER seen so much smoke in my life. In 20 seconds I could not see 10 feet in any direction. The smoke pillar went 100 feet up and was noticed a mile away. That was fun.
I doubt the oil pump can OVER deliver. Hmmm.
I'd love a couple of pointers on where to start diagnosing.

Ideas?

Thanks!

Cleaned out eventually

I found a place (out of the water) to run it for 20 minutes or so and it cleared up considerably. I never did get it in the water, opting to sell it "as is" at the end of season. Good luck with yours.

oil out of exhaust

Thanks for the reply. A Sea Doo site refered to their issue being a bad seal on the oil pump shaft allowing oil to leak into the crank case when sitting. Yikes that means an overhall if it is the same issue. First I will try running it awhile and see if it returns. By the way my sled is a 900 ZXI, but the engine is pretty much the same design.
