Newbie here looking for input.
I pulled my ski out of storage last week and noticed some oil in the hull. I started it up and it ran fine, but it is blowing a LOT of oil out the exhaust. In the 30 seconds I ran it, I'd say a good 1/2 - 3/4 pint of oil was on the ground/ sprayed out of the exhaust. It looked like straight two cycle oil. A little more oil accumulated in the hull as well. After I turned off the engine a good bit still ran out of the exhaust.
Is there some type of valve that could be stuck or am I looking at something worse? It was winterized (I thought) fairly well, but could it be something that happened during the freeze in winter?
Thanks for the advice.
