Also… when I pull both plugs , turn it over ALOT of oil comes out of only one cylinder.

I just acquired a couple of skis and one of them has me scratching my head. With both spark plugs in, the engine will not turn over. Take them out and it spins fine. I have 225 psi on one cylinder however when I try to check the other it goes back to doing nothing. Is it hydrolocked?

Yes it is hydro-locked with 2 stroke oil leaking from the rv shaft
area through a main seal. Common problem and there is a work-
around, or rebuild the engine.
