Hey guys,
Last year I purchased a 1996 Waveraider 760 that little to my knowledge always stalls. Recently, I realized it will only start if you prime it again. I was thinking maybe fuel lines are clogged but i'm not a pro at this. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be? Also, I got the carbs rebuilt last year so I don't believe that could be the problem. Thanks, Stephen

I have two of these. I assume someone installed an aftermarket primer because it doesn't come with one. I do not use a primer. I would bypass the fuel switch and run a new hose from the reserve pickup, to a new filter, then to the carbs. Make sure the fuel pickup is not shoved too far into the bottom of the tank. I connected the two unused, old fuel lines to the old filter in case I need to switch back.
