Folks have had this ski for 8 years, never a problem, last weekend it ran fine then the kids started doing 360's and it would die, it would restart but would not go, just idle...after a minute or so idling it would run fine, then after doing some hard turns or jumping big wakes it would do the same thing..idle but would not accept throttle, after idling for a while it would run fine. any ideas on where i should start to trouble shoot?

Guess #1: The no running after doing turns, makes me think its a fuel flow problem, or dirty carb. All the turning and hard riding have stired up debris, which has been sucked into the filter or into the carbs. I'd check the fuel line and filter for debris, then clean the carbs if that doesn't fix it post back.............I could be totally off base, but that is a starting point.

My GP1200 bogs down when low on fuel, when making hard turns/doing 360s and all.. does yours do this always, or when the tanks below 1/4?

fuel is near full. I have to go to the lake and pull the ski back to the house, I was thinking water in the fuel.
