I have two pretty large gouges in the hull of my PWC. The pictures are shown below, this bigger gouge is about 6 inches in length. only a small amount, about a 1-2 inches is cracked all the way through the hull. My question is how do I got about fixing this and what exactly should I use. I think this is SMC but i am not sure, if it is fiberglass it is very smooth.

I think you are probably right and that it is SMC hull since Yamaha used it on most of their skis until recently. You should be OK with any epoxy based repair system. Avoid polyester resins.

fuel problem
I bought A GP 1200 A few days ago and can't get fuel to flow through the carbs. I have checked the carbs they are all clean and ready to go and my fuel pumps are all functional. This thing is overloading on oil if I pull the plugs and hit the start button oil shoots out of the cylinders. I am at a lose here any help would be greatly apretiated, thanks in advance.
