You need a wheel puller. Yamaha makes one that is designed for that purpose. I'm not sure whether a generic puller would work or not. They also have a holder tool for the flywheel that you may need.

can u just get a puller from an auto parts store?
I don't know. I've never tried it myself, but I have seen the Yamaha puller, and it doesn't look anything like a generic wheel puller. That doesn't mean a regular puller would not work, just that I don't know.
