How long have they been sitting since you last started them? If it has been a while look for stale fuel, weak battery, or fouled spark plugs?

If you didn't use fuel stabilizer you will have water contamination from condensation in the fuel. I'd drain the tank and put in fresh.

Pull the spark plugs and clean or better try a new set. The plugs on this model foul easily (especially at the first attempt to start after the winter).

Check the battery under load (take it to an auto parts store and let them check it on their machine for free). If it is a non-maintence free type (has cells for distilled water), it will be toast unless you had it on a trickle charger over the winter.
