2000 gtx wont start

i just got my 2000 gtx 951 back from the shop and now it wont pull a vacume to the carb's and they dont know whats wrong with it and dont want to help me out iv chacked all the lines and shut off every looks good. i can make it run by pupming fule in to it but it wont pick up on its own can some plz help me out?
