mine would start to cut out as soon as i was going fast in a straight line, seemed like i can go full throttle while turning, then got worse and started to cut out when i slammed on the gas. Fuse was blown. don't know if its the same problem, but it only took like 10mins to check, worth a shot.
I will for sure check this 2morrow.....thanks for your help.....I'm hoping that this will fix the problem......its really making me think that this could be the problem because it all happen all of a sudden.....!!! Will let you know what I find out.....thanks

Well I couldn't stand it so I had to go outside and see if something that simple was the problem and guess what......that doesn't look like the problem.....there was 2 fuses......checked both of them and all was good.....and for that to be the first time to have it open in 6 years.....it looks good in there......so I guess I will have to pull the carbs back of and inspect the fuel pumps......only thing is I have no idea how they operate......I understand I think that the diaphram is what pumps the gas.....??? so if its bad then that could be the problem.....only thing is I have no idea how to check the diaphrams.........maybe I need to do a little searching on here and see how to inspect the fuel pumps......thanks for the help again....maybe I will find the problem soon......!!!
The piece that sits inside the gas tank.....have they ever been know to go bad.....and is it possible this could be where I'm getting my fuel loss....??? I have had it out but didn't know what to look for.....!!!
The piece that sits in the tank is nothing more than a fuel guage, a tube for picking fuel up and a tube for returning it...There are absolutely no mechanical activities going on in there from a fuel send or return perspective...The fuel pumps themselves are pulling the fuel from the tank through that apparatus in to the carbs...

Well thats good to know.....at least I know I can rule that out.....the problem has to be in the fuel pumps.......this weekend I'm gonna suck all the bad gas out of it.......then go run it on new gas.....just to see......!!!! And if it still acts up......gonna take the fuel pumps off and start taking pictures and posting them on here and go from there.....!!
STILL DIES OUT.....??? Are you talking about clamping it off with it in the water or do it like I done it this weekend and hook up the flush out kit......and what will pinching off the return line rule out......???
I replaced all fuel lines but the lines that have the blue arrows pointing to them...I'm thinking these are vent lines....and if they are should I just be able to pull them off the fuel pump just to see if it was them.....or do these lines have fuel coming out of them.....??

Sorry fajkus. I missed this one.
Anyhow, in my pic below:
Red = Fuel SUPPLY line (center carb scavenges off the outer 2)
Blue = Fuel RETURN line (whatever fuel isn't used goes back to tank)
Green = Pulse lines to crankcase to operate your fuel pumps
What I was saying is that sometimes you can clamp down on the retuen line to hold more fuel back. If you clamp down on the return and your condition gets BETTER, it may mean that you're running out of fuel under normal (no clampage of the return) conditions.
Also, I know that you said you replaced all the fuel lines. Did you also check your pulse lines (green) for damage or any other problems?
(And of course, double check to make sure that everything is hooked up correctly)

Everything is hooked up correctly been over that so many times now... ;-p But I didn't know exactly what the pulse lines were.......and I didn't replace them because they are a pain to get to on the bottem side.....but with that being said and finding out that they play a part in the fuel pump.....I'm gonna have to replace them to see if that fixes the problem.......anyone know a easy way to get to the clamps on the bottom.....??
Thanks again Matrix for the help.....could you explain or anyone explain what the pulse lines do for the fuel pump.......???
Replaced both pulse lines......clean some connector that was coming of the cdi box......also cleaned the spark plug wires.....dropped it in the water and still acts like its starving for fuel......do they make a fuel pressure guage for the jetskis.......cause I wanna see how much I have.....also anyone know about where they should run....what PSI ____ ??? Gonna take the carbs off some time this week and take them to someone who knows more about them than me.....!!!
I have two skis that are doing the exact same thing your ski is doing. Did you ever find the problem? Appreciate any info. Both of my skis started acting like they were starving for fuel at the same time. thanks
I'm thinking that its the fuel pump on mine.....I haven't fooled with it since my last post.....but I've done everything but rebiuld the fuel pump.....!!! Let me know what you find out....!!
