Had engine rebuilt early summer. got on water mid July. around August 1st picked up seaweed and hasn't run the same since. It sat for 2 weeks after seaweed. I cleaned all traces of debris and took it out. top speed 22 mph and rpm topped at 4,500. Where is my problem? Before seaweed on new rebuild I got 53 mph.
