Quick summary- the ski ran fine yesterday for about 30mins, then bogged down on the top end. I could get it up to about 45mph, but if I gave it full throttle, notsomuch. It's a 2000 with only 42 hours on it and I'm 99% sure one of the carbs is a little clogged up. However, if I could get by with only buying 1 carb rebuild kit instead of 3, it would sure be nice. Anyone know any tricks to figure out which carb is the trouble-maker?
Sincerely,
el cheapo

Truth is you don't know if it's one carb, two, or all three. I would just do the job right and rebuild all three. Check your compression too.
