Could be about 100 different things, like asking "Why won't my car start?".............that is why no one responds to this type of thread.
Here is a starting point.......not necessarily the best one: Pull the spark plugs and see if you can turn the engine over by hand. If you can, try hitting the starter with the spark plugs out and see if the engine turns over (no open flames with this part), then report back.
