So frustrated right now. Last year my FXHO got water in the oil after a long day of tubing. Mechanic told me there was a blown head gasket and he replaced it for $900. I still had water in oil after 6 oil changes then the engine seized while sitting on the lift. I tackled it myself this time and found a rusted valve. I replaced the head with an SBT rebuild. All surfaces looked great. I pressure checked the oil cooler. I put it back together and we’ve put 20 hours on the ski this year. Now I have water in the oil AGAIN! It still runs great but “makes oil” quickly. Am I missing something or did I just blow ANOTHER head gasket?!?
