2005 vx110 mod question

I see in manual this plate 26 mounted in exhaust. I would like to remove it, anyone has tried this already and is it worth the trouble? tnx.

ok I opened it and at there is not such a plate installed, maybe someone b4 me removed it already.

of course this is a restriction and will definatly cost you some power, but its not in my engine maybe others have it.
