2006 rxt-x intercooler question

Anyone out there have any thoughts for me?
I bought a fizzle 1000 intercooler and the install kit with hoses and brackets from you for a 2006 sea doo rxt-x.
The install instructions don’t match up with what I have and the brackets sent to me.
I am wondering if there are other brackets?
The transom bolts do not line up with the brackets. The bolts on the rxt-x are much wider than the bracket will take.
If I need a different setup, then I bet the hoses which go to throttle body and supercharger may not line up either.
I am wondering if the older ski has a different set up. I had a few thoughts about the issue, but would love to talk to someone first.
