Need some help, I got this jet ski and this hose was connected to jet ski on one end but i don't know where the other end is supposed to go... can anyone help me? See attached pictures... thanks in advance..

Welcome to the forum. That hose went to the original battery vent. Most of the new batteries are sealed and have no vent so the hose is left to hang there.

So I could really disconnect it completely from the ski... right?

Yes, you can remove completely. As I said most batteries are sealed units now.
