Just picked up a 650 SX and it had a bag of parts with it...

Not sure what it is...or if I need to install it anywhere :laugh:

I own 3 sx 650's and have stripped them down a few times. I have never seen that part on any of them. I would have to agree that that is a custom part.

It hooks to your turn plate for your steering linkage.
1. Take your steering cable off linkage
2. remove the balll stud
3. bolt it in place of stud
4. install stud on bracket
