So my 1100 had been sitting for about 3 or 4 years and the top gasket was leaking a little, I pulled the head off, replaced the gasket and when tightening the bolts one broke off, i then pulled the cylinders off, took it to a machine shop and had them redo the bolt,(trust me i tried everything before i took it all the way apart, the easy outs just kept breaking). I got everything back together, put new oil in it and new gas and it started right up. I hooked the hose up and let it run for a little bit and it reved fine and sounded great. There are only 40 hours on this thing. I took it down to the water, did about 5mph for 10 min then hit it, it went to about 30 and then fell on its face and wouldnt go above 5mph anymore, i drove it back in, took it out of the water and now its smoking like crazy. It still sounds great but is smoking and wont go. Any ideas?
