Hello, I have a 96 and a 97 kawasaki zxi1100. I bought them in Pennsylvania and the owner I bought them from did not have any titling or registration for them except an application for a registration/title on the 97. I’m trying to get them registered but I’m stuck. I tried contacting the previous owner that sold it to the guy I bought them from but no luck. Is there any way I can get them registered? I tried contacting multiple notary’s around me but they all give me different answers
