So I pulled the plugs and tried the starter and it blew water all over the place , turned it over till it looked like most of it was out but didn’t try with the plugs in, don’t know how all that water got in it but have I possibly messed something up? Do I need to let that dry out before reinstalling plugs?
I've been riding PWCs since 1976 and wrenched professionally. Sounds like your engine is hydrostatically locked due to water in the crankcase and combustion chamber. This is very serious!! It usually happens when a newer rider or aggressive rider gets water in the engine. If water sits in the engine for even a short period of time, the internal engine components will begin to rust. You may be looking at a crankshaft and/or cylinder liner damage.
