Howdy helpers,
Just replaced a blown engine with a new one. Since we got it in, it shuts down after it is hot or 15 minutes of riding around 1500 RPM. it will not restart in the water. It will fire up to 900 rpms and then shut down. It will start right up on the trailer hot though. Tec pressure tested and did a computer run to clear out any faults but it still shuts down below 1500 rpm. It runs great and forever over 1500 rpm. What do I look at now. Did you bleed the oil lines etc before firing it up? Double check the oil connections/filters etc...the look at the water lines all that good stuff...sounds like something may just need a better connection.
