Does it say what manufacture made the head?

I inherited this head with a bunch of other parts that I purchased. I was told it's a 951 Sea-Doo Head, but I am not 100% Sure.
The domes inside the head are stamped S95131 and 44cc. There are two extra domes, not sure if they are for this head but they are engraved 42cc.
