i have a 1998 polaris 1050 with 40mm carbs will a 1999 genises 1200 carb rack bolt right on and work there saying my carbs are discountued

I read the instructions, and at the end they state to disconnect a ground wire between the electrical box and the battery. 2000 polaris virage battery problem
