You can find cheap jet skis and PWCs at Welcome to Crashedtoys.com.
They will have some damage, but you can get one for 20-30% of value, throw a few hundred into the unit and have a new jet ski for 30-40% of it's actual value.
I've done it many times. One I still have for myself and the others were sold.
