When we pull up to a dock, invariably, the skis will get a rub rash on the gun whales, even tho we use bumpers.
Thinking their must be some sort of stick-on product out there to mitigate against that. Something akin to the product that is used in the foot wells?
Suggestions?

Is it your dock? On a dock I had yrs back. I got old fire hose from my local firehouse. I then cut the ends off, and attached it using deck screws with flat washer on them. I bunched it up in folds that stuck out from the dock edge about 3 or 4 inches. Giving it a saw tooth affect. Each tooth being 3 to 4 inches tall and 2 wide at base.
Just a suggestion not sure how it will work in your case.
Please forgive crude drawing. Lol.
