Flushing problem with Honda Aquatrax

Can anyone tell me how to fix both of my 2005 Honda Aquatrax F12X-non turbo jet skis with a flushing concern I have. I always used to flush both jet skis with the flush kits attached to a hose. Water is no longer coming out the hole in the back of each jet ski with hose attachment. We flush them now in a fresh water lake. In the water, however, both skis are blowing water out visibly and never overheat. Both will not work with the hose attachments any longer, and I don’t want to damage them with engine on and no water flushing out the back.

The hoses that attach to the pee hole are inside the ski. The flush port hose runs next to the water box “muffler” and it’s just a little T that the pee hole uses in the hose connections. I suspect the little “like 1/4 hose” that is in the line is clogged between flush and pee hole route. It probably does not matter but just need to follow the lines and remove the line codes to the flush port and work backwards. It also takes tons of pressure for flushing to come out the pee hole since the water box / engine gets most of the water pressure.

I cannot thank you enough for your response. Am I correct in assuming that when the skis are in the water, the water is clearly coming out of the Pee hole, and that is because the pressure forcing the water out the pee hole is much greater than the pressure created by my garden hose? Also in your response above you say on the second to last line "remove the line codes". What did you mean to say? Finally, since I am just a dumb lawyer, who actually does change the plugs, coils and oil on both our Honda Aquatrax's by myself, since I have a shop manual, would I look up under "muffler" or "water box", or "flush port hose" to see where the little 1/4" hose is that you are referring to? Lastly, is it easy for me to see the 1/4" hose that you are referring to with a light once I remove the seats and the apparatus that holds the fire extinguisher? Is the 1/4" hose made of black rubber or metal and how big do you think it is? Thank you so much, again, because no Honda dealer will work on both of our 2005 Honda Non Turbo Aquatrax jet skis any longer, and yet they are still running beautifully.
I agree with the pressure statement. I don’t flush since I am a lake person, but we have to antifreeze the lines each winter and it has never ever had enough pressure to make it out the pee hole.

spell check issue “line codes was clogs”
Remove the line “connector” where the little 1/4 inch hose connects to the much larger like 1/2 inch hose. Just blow some air in it when removed, to see if there are any clogs. It’s just a bunch of hoses the water all pumps thru with lots of pressure. Engine, muffler, ect, all the “cooling water” gets routed to hit everything.

the cooling hoses are visible when the seats are off. Their the hoses all strung around the inside of ski. Just trace the one that connects in back side where the pee hole is located. It’s dark and cramped but that’s the easiest way.
You can also use micro fiche map, Like used when ordering parts from Honda to see exactly what everything looks like but since it’s individual pages sometimes it’s confusing.

Again, LakefunGo, I thank you very much for taking the time to get back to me. I am curious, what do you do for employment, and what cold weather climate do you reside in?

I will keep you informed as to how I make out in getting the pee holes to flush once again using a garden hose, in which I have unusually strong pressure. I presume you have one or more Honda Jet Skis. What year or years do you have, and are they Turbos? Sincerely, Bobkogon
