Hello Peeps :)

Looking to gain access to the fuel sensor, to test for sensor failure on the floats. I was trying to gain access through the glove box.

For whatever reason, seems as the orange ignition switch is preventing the glove box from coming out. Is there anything I missed? I already removed the screws per the "service manual"

Nope, it's in the way. You will have to remove the nut on the back side, and it's a pain. If you don't mind modifying the glove box, mark the key switch before you remove it, and when you get the glove box out, trim it in a L shape where the switch sits. Then you can reinstall the switch with the box out, and future box removal will be simple. Be sure to lay a bead of silicone on the hull to seal the glove box to the hull.
If you haven't done the cooling system modification, better think seriously about getting that done before you fry the emm.

Are you talking about the electronics overheating? If so can you show the mod your talking about?

Heatsinks and fan on the emm?
