Just acquired a 750 STS from my aunt. It has been sitting for years outside. Major exterior issue is the seat cover is deteriorated and the seat is full of water. Inside is clean. I put a new battery in it and fresh gas and it turns over but won't start. I figure clean the carbs to start with, but I have no idea of anything else needed. The tank was dry, so the gas is fresh, supposedly it was properly "winterized" when it was parked. It came with a service manual for a 750 SX. I know nothing about these things, but I live on a lake now and want to see if I can use it a bit before deciding to keep it or sell it on. From the stickers, it may have been sitting for 15 years. These PWCs used to be like water bugs on the lakes around here before I left 25 years ago, now I don't see any and I can't find anyone to work on it. Or even a dealer. I've asked around and just get "there used to be a guy..." so I'm on my own. Thanks
