How much are you guys paying for insurance? I've been getting quotes around $260/year and I believe that is just for liability. I've got a 2002 yamaha FX140.

$190

I pay $190 (yearly) for full coverage with a $500 deductible. This is for a 2006 Yamaha FX HO. This is from Progressive
do you also have your home owners or auto insurance with progressive?
you guys are lucky i live in mass and we don,t have insurance for snowmobiles ,jetskis or atv and dirt bikes.
I use skisafe.com which is offered through GEICO they have pretty good rates. I pay $220 for a 98 Yamaha XL760 which includes fire, theft, and collision w/ $500 deductible.

I just bought a 94 750 SS Can you give me sum things to watch for? I ran it today for first time and ran great- does not like cold start. Also, for salt water use, how can I hook up a hose and run water fresh water through the motor to flush the salt water. Any help gretaly appreciated.
Haven't had any real problems with them so no pointers on warning signs... As for the flushing of the engine, you'll need to hook a flush kit into the cooling system. Easiest place on a 750 is where the cooling water exits the head.
