Hello, I am new to this forum so I hope I am in the correct place for my question.

I have a pair of Jet Ski TS skis and I was checking them over and I pulled the fuel sediment bowl and I expected to see a fuel filter element inside the bowl. I checked the other ski and neither one have fuel filters in the bowl.

Is this right? the parts breakdown doesn't show it.

There is no filter in the plastic bulb. This is strictly a water seperator for the air vent/ intake of the fuel tank. Without the air getting into the tank you would have a vapor lock and the engine wouldn't get fuel.

Check it out. One line goes into the tank. The other will go to a high point on the machine where hopefully water won't get into the line.

On my SX it runs up into the handpole.
