JS550 87 flooded with water.

Filled the engine with water by using onshore cooling system. I checked the water jacket and the head seals doesnt seem to be any leaks is there spec for how much pressure to put on the hose while running off shore????

A little late since you have it fixed already.... but the tip I've heard from a lot of people is to flood the engine with TRANSMISISON FLUID which will get the water out and leave a slick coat for a little while.

Glad you got it going again.
