Hi guys. I am a New Zealand guy helping a mate from church who sunk his Kawasaki 3 cyl 1100 2 stroke ski that looks just like these pictures. We have no spark and have pretty much narrowed it down to the cdi. I am trying to source a cdi. Are their aftermarket units at a good price? How does the ignition advance work? Is it like just locked at 20 degrees or is it ramping up on a scale in the cdi. Any help would be cool. Has anyone ever fitted a aftermarket cdi. Which one did you get? Did it run well? Did you use the existing magnito field windings and 2 wire pickup?
