looking at 2 waverunners one is 2010 kawasaki stx jet ski ,2nd one 2010 yamaha vx sport . any input will help me decide

Depends on what you are looking for. The VX may be a little rough riding and the Kawasaki could have dependability issues.
If it were me I would look at the Yamaha FX HO or a Seadoo GTI SE. Just my opinion. Good luck with your search.
