Yes that is if it runs and it wouldnt hurt to ask if you could water test it trust me best if they let you run it around a lake once or twice... If not just at least make sure it runs when they start it on the trailer, so there is no bogging when they rev or anything... The other thing I would recommend is if you have like a universal compression tester wouldnt hurt to check... Takes a couple minutes to do and just make sure the cylinder holes are above 120 and are not more than about 10 psi apart any questions feel free to ask me...
