I just purchased a 92 Yamaha Waverunner. When I took it out for the 1st time when I made left turns it would take over 50 feet (compared to 12 feet or so for right turns). After I got it out of the water this is what I observed:
- The steering wheel would turn slightly more to the right than the left.
- When looking at the nozzle when I turned the steering wheel to the right...no problem.
- When turning the steering wheel to the left, it does not go much past straight (90 degrees)...hense why it makes such wide left turns.
Now what??
Is this a simple adjustment (if so any specific help would be appreciated)? Could this be caused by an object obstructing something (nothing visable)? Do I have to remove the bottom panel (ugh)?
Thanks
