I recently put a new drive shaft in my Kawasaki 650 sx and when I took it out for a test run everything ran fine in min wake zone but when it came time to punch the throttle it wouldn't punch. It's normal from zero to mid throttle but mid to full throttle causes no increase in speed. The engine seems to shake a little more with increase throttle but it wouldn't get up and go. When looking at the spark plugs out of the cylinder, one spark was visible whereas I could not see a spark on the other. Could this cause the problem? Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance!

Replaced the other spark plug, I've got spark on both cylinders. Compression is good on both cylinders. Is there anything I could have messed up or knocked loose when I shifted the engine to the side putting the new drive shaft in? Took it out again today and it runs fine until I want to go fast. I'm running 40:1 gas to oil mix. Any ideas?
