Got a 1995 Polaris SLT 750 for $100 and it actually runs. After some carb cleaning and putting things back together, put some premix in, as it appeared to be dormant for years. Starts up and runs. It has 2 stroke oil in the oil container. It has 3 carbs, each with a jet where oil should go into each carb when running. I can see some oil at the end of the tubes, but what is the best way to test if this is working and the volume? I am not a fan of premix as it smokes like a chimney. My other jet ski works great with the oil injector and want to make sure this one does the same.

They can be tested. There is a process to do so. With the Yamahas you take the pump run it at a specific rpm for specific time and measure how much oil was pumped. Not sure with Polaris what the test procedure is, but sure it's similar.
The pumps are very rarely the failure. 99.9% of the time it's a hose failure that causes the problem.
