What advice do you have if the oil light warning is flashing and gauge registers 1/4 full when oil tank is completely full? I'm confident that it's burning oil. The wire connections from the tank to the gauge look ok and I've checked the connection in-line. I'd really appreciate any advice. Just joined PWC Forum tonight, so I'm a first time poster. Thanks!

First thing i would do it get a block off plate for the Oil pump set up and start running it mixed, 50:1 , then just get rid of the oil tank and forget about the lite, or use a jumper wire and make it go off.
If your going to keep the oil pump system, conunitiuty test the wires and make sure you have a good connection, just looking at them doesn't count. May have corrossion and this is causing the bad connection, or a faulty sensor.
