I just replaced two pistons and a cylinder on my ski. When it is out of water it cranks right up and sounds fine, I can give it the gas and it sounds fine. The compression is reading 150 on both cylinders. When I put it in the water it does not seem to want to go anywhere, it sputters and cuts out, then is hard to start kinda like it is hydrolocked. When I take it back out of water is will start and sound okay. Any ideas???

You havent done the carbs right. Something is wrong. Take them off and go right through them again. Check to make sure the mixture screws are correct, the plastic things in the carbs are sealing, the fuel lines are ok (pulse lines as well). check needle * seats etc.
