Question about a used Seadoo

Hello,

I'm a super newbie to PWC's but I have been looking for a used one. I found this one and would like to know if it seems like a good deal to the rest of you:

I guess I'm wondering mostly if the price seems too low or if the hours seem too high for a 2 year old GTI?

I'm probably going to go take a look at it this week. Since I know next to nothing about PWC's, what should I look for to see if this thing is in good shape or not?
