Just purchased the used ski. My buddy & passenger tipped the ski & rear filled with water. Drained it but it will no longer start. The battery is good. The starter sounds like it tries to start but engine won't turn over... kinda like it's jammed. Does that make any sense?

Looks like water is in the engine. Rebuild the only option?

Hi. You need to remove the plugs, ground the spark plug leads and turn the engine over. The enging will eject water from the plug holes. This is why it wont turn over. Dont overheat the starter or go crazy though. Remember that the water will likely was out the oil lubricationg the pistons. Good luck
