My Aquatrax slowed significantly down and is blowing oil out the exhaust. My mechanic won't look at it, saying he can't get parts. What can be wrong? Is there a you tube video to watch to fix it?

Bottom right of ski there is a metal tag with model number, what is that number. Also, there will be a turbo off exhaust manifold, visible under small seat, as well as most say turbo down front storage lid.
