does anyone happen to know how to set the timing on a kawasaki jf650b, i had to replace the stator but not sure where to set it, there doesnt seem to be any notches or anything in the crank casing,????
If you don't have the proper equipment, and haven't marked where the previous plate was set at for a starting point, then I would "strongly suggest" that you take it to a professional to set it up.
There is a very fine line between perfect timing advance, and complete piston meltdown. And if you set it on the side of caution you won't get the potential performance.
