I was wondering if anybody has ever turboed their Jetski and what is required to do so. I know a bit about turbos and cars. But I was wondering if a jetski would need a fuel management system as well as a fuel return system.

Basically I'm looking to possibly slap a turbo on and use a manual boost controller to control the PSI. Also if I would need an intercooler.

If you have any suggestions or knowhow, please e-mail me at [email protected]

If you plan on doing this to a 2-stroke - good luck. It's do-able but since there are no valves, the boost tends to shoot right out the exhaust port. You can create massive backpressure or make an exhaust valve. If it's a 4-stroke carb then you have no worries - just use a pull-through design and have fun. If it's EFI then, I'm sure you know what has to be done....
